Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on bath bombs, shower steamers, body butters, sugar scrubs, or other bath and body items once they have been shipped or picked up.

Your happiness matters to us, and we want you to love every single thing from Husk Her Happy. If there is an issue with your order — such as a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect product — please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please reach out with:

  • A brief description of the problem
  • Photos if your item arrived damaged

Please Note Because scent preferences and skin sensitivities vary from person to person, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference or individual skin reactions. We encourage you to review product descriptions and ingredient information carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and orders are processed quickly, we are unable to guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.
